How CRSC Launched Their IBCP Programmes in Europe

CRSC works with schools, educational providers and industry experts to design and implement internationally recognised career-related programmes — including IBCP and BTEC pathways.

The Challenge

CRSC had developed four new career-related pathways, including a flagship pre-med studies track plus pathways in hospitality managment, international relations and sports management. But CRSC's traditional go-to-market relied on networking and conferences — one relationship at a time. The question was how to get four compelling new programmes in front of the right schools, faster, and at scale.

What We Built

We built segmented IB school datasets spanning nearly all of Europe — detailed, structured, and CRM-ready from day one. Every record came enriched with school-level data, clear segment tags, and verified IB Coordinator contact details, giving the team everything they needed to go straight from upload to outreach.

What We Executed

We executed 200 personalised outreach letters across the DACH region, each featuring a custom QR code linking directly to a dedicated landing page — supported by tailored flyers and assets designed to clearly communicate CRSC's four pathways and build a credible, positioned presence in the European IB market.

What CRSC Has Now

CRSC is now using the data to actively work their target market — contacting IB Coordinators across Europe with a clear, segmented foundation they can return to campaign after campaign.

How AIM Qualifications Entered the Dutch School Market

AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group is an established UK awarding body, issuing over 90,000 certificates annually to schools and training providers across the UK and internationally.

The Challenge

AIM has developed a compelling offer for the Dutch market: an internationally recognised qualification that Dutch students can add alongside their existing diploma — with minimal change required from schools. Strong product. Clear need. But it was AIM's first move in the Netherlands and all their exisisting contacts were based on networking and conferences. The question wasn't whether the product would resonate. It was how to get it in front of the right schools — not one school at a time, but at scale.

What We Built

We built a segmented Dutch school database spanning bilingual (TTO) and internationally oriented schools across the Netherlands — structured, clearly segmented by school type and buyer role, and loaded and ready for sales. A clean, targeted foundation to move from first market entry to active outreach at scale.

What We Executed

We executed nearly 300 personalised outreach letters, each featuring a custom QR code, paired with professionally designed flyers — all crafted to clearly position AIM's qualification for bilingual and internationally oriented schools across the Netherlands.

What AIM Has Now

AIM is now actively working their target market in the Netherlands. The database gives them a clean, reusable foundation for outreach — while the flyers are being reprinted for conferences and sales conversations, and the landing page continues to serve as the hub for email marketing.
